Messages
You may receive error, warning, or informational messages occasionally from your FCM or from a system administrator.
Error messages are displayed with a white x inside a red
circle: 
Warning messages are displayed with a black exclamation
point (!) inside a yellow triangle: 
Information messages are marked with a blue exclamation
point inside a white quote bubble: 
Error and warning messages are displayed as soon as they are received. Informational messages are indicated by a blinking taskbar button. Clicking that button open the Messages window.
The top pane of the window lists messages received. The bottom pane displays the complete text of the message selected in the list. The most recently received message appears in the index at the top of the list.
